Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Give us correct details when you register.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are bought with manual payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer). A plan starts only after an administrator has checked your payment. Please send the exact amount and enter the correct TrxID. A plan runs for the number of days shown when you buy it, and renewals are added after your current period.

Refunds

Because plans are switched on as soon as a payment is approved, payments are not automatically refundable. If you paid by mistake or twice, contact us quickly and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

Do not share your account, misuse the question bank, or submit false payment details. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Questions you add

When you add questions to the bank you confirm that you may share them, and you allow us to use them in papers made by other teachers after an administrator approves them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
